Why it matters more with an app
An app on your phone makes betting available at any moment, which is why we suggest setting limits from day one.

In the account settings: a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit (lowering applies at once, raising after 7 days), a cooling-off period from 24 hours to two months, or self-exclusion from one week to one year. You can also switch off promotional notifications.
When to stop
